Kamen has experience advising on compliance with consumer products, environmental and health & safety legislation both at the EU and at the UK level, as well as with advising on upcoming legislation forming part of the European Green Deal, Fit for 55 and Circular Economy initiatives and its impact on clients' businesses. 

He frequently provides guidance on contractual allocation of risk for environmental liabilities in various contracts for the supply of goods and services, including drafting of EHS warranties and indemnities. During his day-to-day work, he also deals with any other ad hoc queries relating to GHG/F-Gas emissions, environmental permitting, end-of-life product management, non-financial and climate-related reporting, green claims, supply chain due diligence, materials and waste, emissions to air, extended producer responsibility, deposit return schemes and so on.

  • Client in relation to the rules on export and import of waste from the UK to EU and vice versa.
  • Client in relation to mandatory climate related non-financial disclosures.
  • Client in relation to the reforms in the UK extended producer responsibility for packaging (EPR regime).
