Kate Richardson is an Associate in the Real Estate team at CMS. She has experience working on a multitude of real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, lettings and asset management across a diverse range of real estate assets.
Kate acts for a variety of clients across a multitude of sectors including investors and developers and corporate occupiers.
Kate joined CMS in 2021, having previously worked in the Real Estate department of another law firm.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys cooking and testing out as many London restaurants as possible.
