Louise Jones is an Of Counsel in the transactions real estate team in London.

Over 20 years’ experience undertaking a variety of real estate work for institutional landlords, foreign investors and developers.

Louise’s clients include Landsec, Columbia Threadneedle, The Collective, Argent and a number of overseas investors.

Louise has particular expertise in complex development work, pre-lettings and large scale portfolios.

Relevant experience

  • Argent over an 8 year period from site assembly through pre-letting, construction and sale of the redeveloped offices at 1 St Peter’s Square, Manchester.
  • Acquisition and management of a portfolio of 142 car parks nationwide and a portfolio of 89 car showrooms for an overseas investor.
  • Acquisition, management and sale of a number of retail parks and shopping centres over several years for a joint venture between Landsec and Sainsbury’s.
  • Various landlord clients on large London office pre-lets to Financial Conduct Authority, Transport for London, Regus, law firms and major technology companies.
  • A long term basis on all real estate aspects of various town centre regeneration projects.
  • Acquisition and refinancing of offices, hotels and mixed use buildings.
