Maddy is a Partner in the Real Estate team and has extensive experience advising on acquisitions and disposals (both direct and indirect), development projects, lettings, day to day management matters and financing. Maddy works with a range of clients from institutional investors, private equity investors, private family offices, charitable trusts and developers.
Maddy also advises major corporate occupiers on their occupational and operational portfolios. By advising both landowners and occupiers, Maddy brings a well-rounded, commercial understanding of the priorities and expectations on both sides, enabling her to deliver pragmatic advice and progress transactions efficiently and collaboratively.
Beyond fee earning Maddy is actively involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives, including mentoring aspiring lawyers through the Black Lawyers Matter project, for which she was named runner-up UK Mentor of the Year in 2025.
