Mark is an investment, development and mixed-use regeneration specialist with a particular interest in development, forward funding and so-called income strip deals across a range of sectors. Mark has been consistently recognised as a leading individual by Legal Directories for 24 years, latterly in the “Hall of Fame” and described variously over the years as being “as good as it gets” and “imperious in his advice, knowledge and experience of transactions” and in Legal 500 2024 as “as outstanding lawyer who leads his team with distinction. He is commercial, sensible, and driven to find solutions to deliver transactions. His ability to coordinate a transaction from both an internal and external perspective has huge client value.”
