International law firm CMS has been named Law Firm of the Year at the 2023 Insider Media’s North West Property Awards ceremony, which was held last week at Manchester Central.
2023 marks the 25th North West Property Awards, which celebrate the key deals and developments in the region from the past year, as well as the people who are making them happen. CMS was recognised for its role advising on some of the most important property deals in the region, including the Mayfield development project, the high-profile office building lettings at 100 Embankment, and the £105m forward funding of No 9 First Street in Manchester.

CMS work also shared the honours in the Deal of the Year category, which was won by the pre-let and £105m forward funding of First Street, and which CMS also has advised on.
