Megan joined CMS as a trainee solicitor in 2016 and qualified into the Pensions team in 2018.
Megan advises both trustees and employers on a range of pension issues including both advisory and contentious matters. Megan has experience of advising on new pension scheme establishment, scheme documentation, liability management exercises, litigation matters, compliance issues and the pensions aspects of corporate transactions.
