Michael is an Of Counsel specialising in Banking and Finance. He has particular focus on infrastructure and energy projects. 

He advises funders, sponsors and procuring authorities on major infrastructure and energy projects, obtaining a holistic view of the challenges and solutions on such projects. Michael's advice has spanned projects under PPP, PFI, NPD, MIM and LIFT models. Michael has experience across a variety of sectors, including transport (roads), social infrastructure (universities, schools, hospitals, leisure, street lighting, emergency services), waste, solar, onshore wind and offshore wind. 

Michael is qualified in Scotland, England and Wales and the Republic of Ireland and regularly advises on cross border financings.
