Michaela Potter is a Senior Associate in the CMS Dispute Resolution Team.
Michaela acts in complex, high-value commercial disputes across a range of sectors. She has particular experience in technology-related matters and disputes arising from outsourcing arrangements, as well as civil fraud, cross-border asset tracing exercises, and contentious insolvency claims.
Her practice spans the full lifecycle of commercial disputes, from early risk assessment and pre-action strategy through to trial. She is experienced in alternative dispute resolution (including mediation) and in dealing with applications for urgent interim relief, including search orders and freezing orders.
Michaela has acted in a variety of disputes for regulated clients, and was previously seconded in-house as interim Head of Litigation to a major FTSE 100 savings and pensions provider.
