Mike is the head of our Scottish Real Estate team and is a partner in our Glasgow office, with over 15 years’ experience advising on real estate transactions in Scotland.
Mike specialises in development, investment and asset management work, and acts for many well known and highly regarded UK and international investors. He also has a niche advising clients on complex land promotion and development agreements, and regularly provides industry training on these types of arrangements. Mike also works closely with colleagues in Disputes, Construction and Planning to help clients who need related advice in these areas.
