Molly McGrady is an associate in the Employment Team. Molly has specialised in employment law since qualification and has a particular interest in contentious matters. She has experience of acting for a wide range of clients, including in the public sector, education sector and financial services.

Molly has substantive advocacy experience and regularly appears at Employment Tribunals throughout the UK. She has successfully defended employers against a variety of complex claims. She has also represented clients in professional regulatory matters.

Molly can assist with non-contentious employment law matters including employment contracts, consultancy agreements, staff handbooks and policies.

  • One of Europe’s major media companies against complex unfair dismissal and disability discrimination claims at a final hearing.
  • A public sector organisation at a final hearing against direct race discrimination, harassment and victimisation claims.
  • A client on an employee grievance, subject access request and employee exit.
