Nicholas Draper is a Senior Paralegal in the Sheffield Insurance and Reinsurance Group. With a 20-year background in civil litigation Nicholas has worked at CMS since 2015 specialising in defendant industrial disease litigation, property damage and employers' liability and public liability personal injury claims.

Nicholas has expanded beyond claims handling and provides support across different practice groups on liability advisory, accident claims involving the Athens and Montreal conventions and assisting the firm's in-house costs team with drafting work, budgeting and litigation costs negotiation. Nicholas advises central government departments, national contractors, large UK corporations, airlines and hotels.

Outside his legal work Nicholas has a lead role in the development of case management systems, precedent documents and is an active member on the firm's wellbeing and charity committees.
