Nyree Bichard is counsel in the Insurance And Re-Insurance Group, Defendant Clinical Negligence and Medical Advisory/Professional Discipline & Regulatory team based in the London Office. She has specialised in clinical negligence and Medical Advisory/Professional Discipline & Regulatory since qualifying in 2004. Nyree has acted for the Medical Defence Union (MDU) for over 15 years and has experience working for all the leading Medical Defence Organisations and other Insurers of Private Healthcare providers.
She is experienced in defending med-mal claims and has also represented clinicians appearing before their regulatory bodies, Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service and represented healthcare professionals at Inquests.
