Phoebe is an investment funds associate in the London office. She advises fund managers on the structuring, establishment and operation of private investment funds with a primary focus on real asset funds. She also has experience advising on the implementation of segregated mandates, sponsor co-investment schemes and JV arrangements, and advising institutional investors on their fund investments.
