Robbie Somerville is a Partner in the Corporate Transactions group. He advises UK and international clients on a broad range of transactions, with particular expertise advising on complex cross-border M&A (public and private) and private equity transactions, together with experience advising clients on high growth equity investments, equity capital markets transactions and joint venture projects. Robbie advises a broad range of clients in a number of industry sectors, with a particular focus on tech, life sciences, energy and financial services.
Prior to joining CMS, Robbie spent approximately seven years working in the London Offices of two leading US law firms.
