Rory is an Associate in the dispute resolution team. He works on a range of contentious matters, specialising in real estate litigation. Principally, he advises on landlord and tenant disputes in commercial leases, and energy related disputes. Rory mainly acts for energy companies, retailers and institutional investors.
Rory has a broad range of experience dealing with commercial litigation across the Sheriff Court, the Court of Session, Lands Tribunal for Scotland and the First Tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber). Prior to joining the firm, Rory gained particular expertise in claims involving property damage and professional negligence.
