Rosanna is an Associate in the Technology & Media team, advising on commercial, regulatory and transactional matters across a range of sectors, including technology, telecoms, media and sports for both UK and international clients.

Rosanna has previous commercial experience working in-house for a global technology company and has more recently completed a secondment to Amazon’s EU operations team.

Relevant experience

A global retailer on a range of matters including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for transportation, logistics and advertising matters.
Various clients on consumer protections law, drafting and reviewing terms and conditions for the sale of goods, services and digital content.
Co-ordinating several large-scale international projects, including advice from a UK perspective.
