Sally is a Senior Associate in our Infrastructure and Project Finance group and has a wide range of experience advising on infrastructure projects across the health, education, waste and wastewater sectors.

Sally has the strong project management skills required to anticipate the multiple interfaces involved in delivering major projects. She also understands that successful delivery requires close collaboration with specialists and clients’ financial and technical advisers and is adept at developing good working relationships with clients and contacts.

Relevant experience

  • The Project Company on the Edinburgh and Midlothian Waste Project
  • Scottish Water on its Waste Water Treatment Projects including contract interpretation, guarantor issues, operator self monitoring, potential disputes and end of contract life issues / Project handback on expiry.
  • Hub East Central Scotland Limited on the Baldragon, Forfar and Levenmouth Schools DBFM Projects and the Stirling Care Village DBFM Project.
  • various public sector participants in the design build, financing of new schools through the Scottish Government’s Schools for the Future Programme including Newbattle Community Campus for Midlothian Council.
  • Private sector clients and lenders on major variations on existing acute health projects including Calderdale and Carlisle hospitals.
  • The Project Company on a settlement agreement in respect of fire-safety related claims and the installation of a sprinkler system throughout an acute hospital.
