Sarah has extensive experience of advising on a wide range of property investment and asset management matters, specialising in large portfolio transactions, multi-let properties and development pre-lettings, principally in the retail, leisure and F&B sectors. Sarah is involved in acquiring, disposing, financing and managing a range of assets, and also advises on landlord and tenant issues, such as property management agreements, green leases, commercialisation and the service charge code. 

Sarah leads the Sheffield Social Mobility Group and co-leads our CMS Women Sheffield Network. She is also the partner lead for people and culture across our regional offices in the North.

Relevant experience

  • The Crown Estate on the on-going letting and management of their Regional Portfolio, including leading on their investment sales programme. 
  • Battersea Power Station Development Company on the retail, leisure and F&B pre-lettings and commercialisation agreements at the Grade 2 listed Battersea Power Station and the new high street at Electric Boulevard, which links the Power Station to the Battersea Power Station Tube Station. Sarah led the CMS team on the pre-lettings, including drafting the precedent leases at this complex site, and now manages the team on the asset management of the scheme.
  • The ASF UK Touchwood Unit Trust (The Ardent Companies) on the on-going letting, development and management of Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull.
