Simon is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice in Scotland and specialises in development, renewable energy projects, property aspects of compulsory purchase and commercial leasing. Since joining the firm over six years ago, Simon has advised on a variety of offshore and onshore renewable energy projects, purchase and sale of land for development, compulsory purchase, entering into new leases and agreements for lease, general asset management, insolvency sales and asset disposals.
