Simona is an Associate in the Employment Team based in the Bristol office. She qualified as a Solicitor in March 2023, and joined the firm in 2024. 

Simona advises clients across a range of sectors in relation to contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law.  

Relevant experience

  • Several household name clients across various sectors, including technology, financial services, insurance, energy, and automotive in defending Employment Tribunal claims. 
  • Clients on a range of HR issues, such as handling grievances, disciplinaries and terminations, negotiating settlements, responding to Data Subject Access Requests, and drafting employment contracts and policies.
