Sokratis is an associate in the Pensions team. He joined CMS in 2022 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2024. Sokratis advises various trustee and corporate clients on all aspects of pensions law and regulation. Sokratis works closely with clients on large projects particularly in the financial services, aerospace, and manufacturing industries. Sokratis provides advice to resolve clients wide ranging pensions issues and has particular experience advising on large scheme restructurings and de-risking transactions. Sokratis’ breadth of experience includes: advising trustee clients on the day-to-day administration of schemes, de-risking transactions, surplus release, and scheme wind ups.
