Tanya is a partner in the Real Estate Group, and heads up our offices across the North of England and Bristol. Tanya acts for a wide range of clients in both the private and public sector on a variety of commercial property transactions including development work and pre-letting agreements, landlord and tenant (offices, retail warehousing and industrial), investment disposals and acquisitions and large sale, purchase and funding portfolio transactions.

AIMCO across their real estate assets.
Strathclyde Pension Fund on investment acquisitions and disposals of multi-let retail parks, offices and industrial sites and dealing with the full range of asset management for the fund.
BlackRock UK Property Fund on acquisitions and disposal across the fund’s property portfolio as well as lettings, retail park developments, developments and management matters.
International law firms and a French bank on their occupational requirements.
