  • Nykredit Realkredit A/S on the financing of various properties in the UK.
  • The lender in a GBP 76.4m investment real estate finance facility agreement. 
  • The lender in a GBP 80m investment real estate finance facility agreement. 
  • A borrower in a GBP 103m BTR and BTS development scheme in Leeds. 
  • A borrower in a facility agreement financing student housing in England and Scotland. 
  • A borrower in a GBP 38m refinancing of an investment real estate finance facility agreement. 
  • A borrower in a set of facility agreements worth GBP 39m and negotiated with a private bank. 
  • A major UK Real Estate Fund on a GBP 200m refinancing of an existing revolving credit facility. 
  • A landlord on a GBP 180m refinancing of existing facilities secured against UK real estate assets.
  • A borrower in default under a GBP 220m senior facility agreement and a GBP 60m mezzanine facility agreement in navigating a disposal process to repay these loans.
