Victoria is an Associate in the Real Estate Transactions team at CMS, London. She advises a wide range of clients, including institutional investors and developers, on the acquisition and disposal of real estate investments, as well as ongoing asset management matters across the office and retail sectors. Her practice is broad and commercially focused, with experience spanning complex transactions and day-to-day portfolio management.
Victoria trained at CMS, during which she spent time in the firm’s Middle East Real Estate team, gaining valuable cross-border experience and insight into international property markets. This global perspective complements her UK practice and enhances her ability to support clients with diverse portfolios. Before qualifying, Victoria worked as a Paralegal in the CMS Real Estate Transactions team for four years.
