Yasmin Hook is a senior associate in the Corporate and Leveraged Finance team within the CMS Finance Practice Group. Yasmin specialises in general corporate finance including, TMT finance, acquisition and real estate finance, corporate and platform lending as well as assisting a broad range of clients from major UK and international banks, international specialist lenders, leading corporates, SME’s, founders and private clients with their ongoing finance activities (both Borrower and Lender side).
Yasmin also has a corporate background including experience acting for UHNWI’s, board members, shareholders and alternative finance providers.
Yasmin is also involved with developing our international programme EquIP in the North which helps start ups in the technology sector with legal advice, commercial support and access to finance. Yasmin is also a member of our global women’s committee and has a keen interest in supporting Women in Business/Finance/Tech initiatives both regionally and nationally.
