16 May 2022

With a lot of recent developments in relation to autonomous vehicles (“AVs”) across Asia and the US, this article focuses on what the drive home may look like as the next steps are taken in advancing the current system for AVs within the UK.

The Law Commission (of England & Wales) and the Scottish Law Commission (“the Commissions”) have finally reached their destination with the publication of their Joint Report on Automated Vehicles (“the Report”).
