FCA: Stablecoins cohort

FCA has announced that it has chosen four companies (Monee Financial Technologies. ReStabilise, Revolut and VVTX) to test how their stablecoin services work with proposed regulation in a safe environment.  Testing will primarily focus on stablecoin issuance.
