Only general requirements to report a criminal case, if it occurs.

Depending on the severity of the violation, the criminal or administartive liablility may be imposed for violationg labour laws and laws on protecting labour. In addition, there is criminal liablity for violating the labour agreement, including for forcing an employee to labour.

Usually the subject for imposing criminal or administrative liability is the person who forced an employee to labour. However, directors and executives may also be held liable, as according to effective laws, a director is responsible for all matters of the company.
