CMS Belgium assisted Proximus with regard to the strategic partnership entered into with Eurofiber, regarding the building of an extensive fiber network in Wallonia through a dedicated joint venture. The main objective of the partnership is to enlarge and accelerate the roll-out of the Fiber-to-the-Home. The contracts signed end October 2020 are subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities.
The CMS Belgium team was composed by Dirk Van Liedekerke, Arnaud Van Oekel, Tom De Cordier, David Prync, Deven Dobbelaere and Janick Van Daele.
