CMS assisted the founders of Financial Lease Nederland B.V. with the sale of a majority stake in Financial Lease Nederland B.V. to Egeria. Financial Lease was founded in 2011 and is one of the major players in the Dutch automotive sector.
The CMS team was led by Pieter van Duijvenvoorde and consisted of Dena Mokhberolsafa, Marcellina Rietveld, Pieter de Kanter, Florine Goemans, Gieneke van Nierop, Anne Fleur Krijthe, Tjeerd Hoekstra, Anton Louwinger, Jarrik Haust and Niels Sopar.
