Current trends and developments in EU pay transparency.

We reflected on labour law developments in 2025 and offered a well-informed outlook for 2026. Our focus was on the imminent amendment to the Equal Treatment Act, which is intended to implement the Pay Transparency Directive.

This was followed by a wrap-up by Bernhard Hainz (Partner, CMS), after which the event concluded with a relaxed gathering in keeping with the culinary theme of 'Sweet mustard & wine', featuring Leberkäse and wine from organic winemaker Viktoria Schödl.
