Our Sustainability Charter sets out the principles that guide our actions at CMS in Germany. It provides guidance on responsible corporate governance and on addressing environmental, social and economic concerns.
The Charter builds on the global CMS ESG Charter and our commitment to the Ten principles of the UN Global Compact. Among the topics it covers are our principles on responsible corporate governance, the environment, diversity and equal opportunities as well as our cooperation with business partners and our social engagement. Our understanding of diversity and equal opportunities here is supplemented by the CMS-wide Diversity & Inclusion Charter and the Charta der Vielfalt, to which we are signatories.
The updated charter sets out our understanding of sustainability and our commitment to continuing to take sustainability matters into account at CMS in Germany. We provide information about our activities and developments in our sustainability reports and our EMAS environmental statement.
