A CMS team led by Patrick Lühr and Anna Schäfer provided comprehensive legal advice to ESA on the transaction.
ESA is a leading provider of solutions in the field of energy distribution, electrical engineering and automation. Its main focus is on railway enterprises and hospitals. With the acquisition of Elektro-Pollmeier GmbH, ESA expands its own service portfolio.
