André Frischemeier advises companies as well as banks on all aspects of banking law, with special financing expertise (asset, project, real estate and acquisition finance). He also advises on financial restructuring measures as well as general corporate law issues and regularly represents banks in court.

Prior to his legal training, André trained as a banker. He joined CMS in 2011 and has been a partner since 2020. In 2014/2015, he was seconded to work in the legal department of a development finance provider before working as a senior project manager for a London bank in 2017/2018.
