Daniel Mahn advises strategic investors and private equity funds on domestic and cross border M&A transactions. He acts both for buyers and sellers and takes over project coordination. His practice also covers company incorporations and restructurings as well as general corporate law matters.

Daniel has specialized in healthcare M&A transactions (particularly MVZ transactions) and he advises clients regularly on the acquisition of (single or joint) medical practices, laboratories and clinics.

Daniel co-authored the publication "Getting the Deal Through Healthcare M&A" together with Dr Christoph Lächler and Dr Roland Wiring.

Daniel joined CMS in 2015. He has been teaching law at the University of Heidelberg since 2018.
