Digital Fashion im Metaverse
Virtual fashion is growing in importance and increasingly influencing the fashion industry, with implications for the legal world and creatives alike. For example, it raises the question of the conditions under which design law protection for digital fashion applies, and the extent to which a right to use digital fashion items exists if it has already been granted in the analogue world. They cover key issues around copyright, design and trademark law.
