Henry Vetter advises national and international medium-sized and large companies comprehensively on IT and data law. A particular focus of his work is on providing legal advice on data protection and IT security issues, especially with regard to regulatory requirements such as the NIS2 Directive.
He also regularly contributes his in-depth expertise to M&A transactions, particularly by providing assistance with the IT and data protection law aspects of technology-related transactions.
Henry Vetter began his career as a lawyer at CMS in 2024.
