Hermann Müller specialises in public commercial law and advises on foreign trade law, zoning and building regulations law, subsidy law, infrastructure law, procurement law, administrative contract law and constitutional law.
Hermann advises the public sector, companies and infrastructure-based service providers on all all aspects of constitutional and administrative law, with a focus on enforcing and defending claims before German administrative courts. He has particular expertise in foreign trade and sanctions law.
Hermann is co-editor of the commentary on the Federal Highways Act published by C.H. Beck (3rd edition 2022). He has been a partner at CMS since 2008 and previously worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Hammonds.
