Nina Hartmann advises German and international companies on all aspects of employment and labor law. She focuses on corporate restructuring projects (including outsourcing) as well as corporate transactions. Nina also advises her clients on an ongoing basis: on contracts, collective working conditions (works agreements/collective bargaining agreements), operational structures and employee participation. Her practice also includes preparing and managing negotiations with unions and works councils as well as representing companies in civil and social security court cases, before employment tribunals and public authorities.
Moreover, Nina Hartmann also represents companies with regards to management level employment matters, such as drawing up directors’ service agreements and advising on the termination of such agreements.
She joined CMS in 2006 and became a partner in 2014. In 2010/2011, Nina Hartmann worked in the employment law department of one of the world’s leading IT companies in Seattle for several months. She is a regular speaker on selected employment and labour law topics and also publishes constantly.
