Streik! Wie können Arbeitgeber sich vorbereiten und wie weit darf ein Streik gehen? (in German)

1 min read

On this page

The many strikes in recent weeks have re-focused attention on this subject, raising a number of issues: What requirements must be met in order for a strike to be deemed lawful? What is the status of days of action organised by trade unions, where the objective also includes climate policy goals (e.g. achieving a turnaround in mobility)? What can employers do to prepare for industrial action? In our new “Employment law made simple” podcast, Kira Falter, a partner in the Employment practice, together with Daniel Hennig and Roman Kies (both of whose specialist expertise includes collective bargaining and strike law), examines these questions and many other interesting strike-related issues.
