With the 2017 Electronic Communications Code giving OFCOM registered telecoms operators extensive statutory powers, landowners are seeing an exponential rise in the numbers of requests to survey land (known as MSVs) and proposals to install equipment. Martin Garner, Partner and Charlotte Green, Senior Associate of the CMS Real Estate Disputes specialist telecoms team will deliver a short session aimed at giving landowners practical guidance on dealing with requests by operators.
