The second seminar of the M&A academy which is designed to cover the most important phases of any M&A transaction.

The CMS M&A Academy is a series of three seminars, designed to cover the most important phases of any M&A transaction. The seminars are tailored to junior and mid-level M&A professionals that are keen to improve their understanding of the legal aspects of transactions.

We will provide you with a detailed overview of the different phases of an M&A transaction, highlighting the various documents, tasks and negotiations that your legal team will be involved in throughout the process. Using the wealth and breadth of experience that CMS has in such transactions, we aim to use these seminars to provide an insight into the common issues that arise during any merger or acquisition. The seminars will be run by Czech and English qualified partners and senior associates in the CMS Prague M&A team. The seminars will be designed to provide you with a unique insight into the stages of an M&A transaction, allowing you to fully anticipate and prepare for the issues that arise along the way.
