International law firm CMS has advised London-based start-up ORB Innovations on its acquisition by dental industry leader Glidewell.
Founded in 2017, ORB Innovations has developed a unique health technology platform and provides oral appliances that monitor performance and well-being data. The transaction, which is Glidewell’s first acquisition of smart technology oral products, will allow ORB Innovations to accelerate the launch of its platform in the US.
