International law firm CMS has advised The Sporting News (TSN), one of the oldest sporting brands in the USA, on its latest round of fundraising.
The funds will be used to fuel TSN’s expansion, through focusing on generating affiliate revenue by connecting its online readers to sportsbooks, streaming services and ticket sellers, to build a business for a new era.
The CMS Venture Capital team was led by partner Tom Jameson and Client Relationship Partner David Zeffman, supported by Zina Patel and Alex Hamilton (Corporate).
