CMS strengthens Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes team with partner hire

International law firm CMS has appointed Philip Norman as a Partner in the firm’s Infrastructure, Construction and Energy (ICE) Disputes Team in London, with a focus on the Middle East and Africa.

Philip has almost 30 years’ experience in international disputes resolution and arbitration. He specialises in the resolution of high-value and complex disputes in the energy, power, infrastructure, construction, utilities, and natural resources sector. Philip is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Consisting of over 80 lawyers globally, the team specialises in all forms of dispute avoidance and resolution including expert determination, adjudication, mediation, international arbitration and litigation.
