Aisleen is Senior Knowledge Counsel based in the London office. As well as providing knowledge support to the team, Aisleen advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters providing legal, practical and strategic support to employer clients. Aisleen has advised on varying terms and conditions of employment, restructuring and redundancies including collective and individual redundancy consultation, TUPE and the enforcement of post-termination restrictions. Aisleen has litigated numerous cases in the employment tribunals including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and interim relief. She also has experience of handling complex and sensitive workplace investigations.

Aisleen is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She regularly delivers training and legal update sessions to clients including on the duty to prevent sexual harassment at work and contributes to articles and legal briefings on topical issues.

  • A financial services business in relation to a complex workplace grievance investigation.
  • An energy company on a collective consultation involving redundancies and changes to terms and conditions of employment.
  • A technology solutions provider in defending an interim relief application brought by a former employee.
