Aleksandra is an associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes team in London. She has experience working on high-value international arbitrations and litigations, in relation to projects based in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Aleksandra has acted for clients in TCC proceedings and arbitration proceedings subject to ICC, SIAC and LCIA rules, under English and local laws. 

Relevant experience

  • A European contractor in SIAC arbitration proceedings in relation to defect claims arising from the construction of a $3.7bn power plant project in Malaysia. 
  • A global construction and engineering company on an £100 million arbitration, relating to a number of delay claims in relation to the construction of biomass and energy-from-waste plants in the UK and Denmark.
