  • Successful defence of a GBP 300m claim brought against Allied Irish Bank in the High Court resulting in indemnity costs orders in favour of our client. 
  • Commercial Court proceedings brought over disputed interests in a global chemicals company, a Lawyer Top 20 Case of 2024.
  • A senior defamation partner at Osborne Clarke in his successful appeal of finding of misconduct by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. 
  • A Commercial Court dispute regarding the restoration and sale of luxury heritage vehicles.
  • An international technology company in multiple LCIA arbitrations brought in respect of IT projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Obtaining an urgent freezing injunction for a technology client against a former finance director in relation to the fraudulent misappropriation of a significant amount of company funds.
  • Shareholder dispute over a joint venture to develop a pipeline of battery storage systems.
