Mercia, as fund manager of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund and the Finance Yorkshire Seedcorn Fund, on over 60 investments including the £2m investment in Azzure IT.
GRI Group on its acquisitions of Expac and I Love Cosmetics.
Bank of London and the Middle East in relation to its Shariah compliant acquisitions of properties in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Dubai head-quartered company AWR Rostamani on its acquisition of a majority stake in Brayleys Car.
Management and technology consultancy BearingPoint on its acquisition of LCP Consulting.
Precision Technologies in relation to the private equity and leverage debt backed management buy in/buyout. The transaction was awarded National Deal of the Year at the South Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards 2016.
AIM-listed Hydrodec Group plc, on the disposal of its UK waste oil collections business and proposed UK lubricant re-refining project.
